The fiery welsh man is a Chesterford Cricket club veteran, and a former Saturday captain. Now in his forties, Tim has seen many seasons of cricket for the club, although he spent a few years in Chester before returning back to the club. Tim is a key member of the side, who can lift the spirits of the team and is a valuable member of the dressing room.

As a batsman, Tim comes in lower down the order, although in his prime he was an attacking batsman with three club centuries to his name and is part of several club record partnerships once holding the clubs highest score. Tim bats with his heart, and gives his all often producing lusty blows out of no where, and is a very good cutter of the ball.

Tim is an opening bowler, who although has slowed down a little still has pace and accuracy that wears the batsmen down before he send down one of his killer outswingers or offcutters. Tim has a very safe pair of hands, and often fields at mid off or patrols the boundaries when the spin bowlers are brought into the attack.

Recent hip and knee problems have forced Tim to miss large parts of the 2007 season, and we wait to see how he will respond to the intensive physiotherapy program that he has been on prior to the 2008 season.
